Kemmannugundi also known as Kemmangundi

Kemmannugundi is located in karnataka state Chikkamagluru district. 1400 meter above sea level one of the largest tourist place in Tarikere taluk in Chikkamagaluru. Kemmannugundi kannada meaning is kemmpu means red colour mannu means in kannada soil, gundi means hole or small pit so got the name Kemmannugundi.
