COOLING SYSTEM

The Main Purpose of cooling System is to remove extra heat from the engine, Also keeps Engine warm efficient working condition. The water cooling or coolant cooling includes Radiator, upper and lower hose pipes, Fan, Thermostat, pump etc., In Starting the engine warm heat quickly possible is allowed to maintain temperature of Engine constant. If cooling system system of water cooling or coolant cooling fails, The Engine overheats the parts fails that damages to cooling system, Due to overheating it causes to Engine parts, cylinders, gaskets etc., The Radiator plays major role in Water or coolant cooling system, it absorbs heat circulates water from upper hose pipe to bottom hose pipe, works as Heat exchanger it is usually made of Aluminum Alloys the small tubular section fins joined to it. The water pump fixed in Cooling system to pump water from bottom to top level and circulate water around cylinder block and Engine. The hose pipes made of Rubber in which water or cooloant flows. In two wheeler vehicle Fins is Fixed outside the Engine, The cooling Air cools Engine maintain Temperature in Engine, so called Air cooled Engines. In Olden Days heavy vehicles water is used, Now a Days Coolant is used, Liquid cooled Engines use the water based Liquid to Cool the Engine. Soft water or Drinking water used for cooling, If Hard water used Chances of rusting the cooling system and Engine Components.

Engine or Internal Combustion Engine

The Engine is Machine with Moving parts that Converts Power into motion, Heat energy from a source of petrol or Diesel Burning of a fuel in Combustion Chamber generates large amount of Heat. Automobile heat engines convert Heat energy into  useful work,Heat taking place, The internal combustion engine  (IC) is most common example of a Automobile heat engine, The main fuels used is petrol,Diesel or Alternative fuels Blends, The modern Engines mainly 3 types they are

1)Internal Combustion (IC) engines (Petrol or Diesel)

2)Hybrid engine ( Petrol or Diesel + Electric )

3)Electric Engine or Electric Vehicles (EV)
